Now that I have started drawing again, I really want to keep up the momentum. It’s a bit difficult at the moment as I have the wrong kind of brush in my hand with the wrong kind of paint! It’s not wrong for my house, which is looking much brighter but more looking forward to doing some new artwork for the walls instead of just painting them.
My latest drawing is something that I have wanted to do for a long time but could never manage to get my own photograph of. Thanks to some kind people who are willing to share their photos at pexels.com I have started this drawing.
I love foxes. Beautiful creatures who deserve to live wild and free.
Pamela is a natural artist who has learned from years of experience in hands on graphic, theatrical and textile design as well as individual artworks.
Inspired by her travels and experiences, Pamela loves to experiment - bold, vibrant colour and texture fascinate her and she aims to create exciting and evocative artwork. She paints in acrylics, watercolour and mixed media, also using textiles in much of her artwork. Always looking for new ways to work, Pamela believes this is a great cure for boredom and allows her to be more expressive. The resulting images are rich with texture and colour.
She sees the use of sketches and photographs taken on location as a starting point only... tending to paint what she feels as opposed to copying literally, giving her the chance to put her personal stamp on the subject. For Pamela painting comes from the heart and it is something she is highly passionate about….after all, who is more passionate than a redhead?
