After finally getting to enjoy my delayed honeymoon and celebrate my first wedding anniversary ….. can you believe it? …… I have to get serious and get some work done.
From the 15th – 18th July I will be participating in The Isle of Wight Open Studios and will open my home and studio to visitors for the first time. I will share my work and my sketchbooks with anyone who would like to visit.
As you can imagine it is both exciting and terrifying but either way I need to do a lot of work to get ready for such a big event. I am very lucky to have a very supportive husband who supplies me with coffee, dinner and keeps out of my way 🙂
Here are some more details of the event and I will update you when there is more to tell.

I wanted to expand my floral range as I have some lovely photographs which I took last year to work from. I have in my mind that I could get enough to make a calendar for next year. Anyway, I started with this one which made a welcome appearance in my garden last summer.
I used watercolours for this on smooth watercolour paper.
What do you think? More flowers or stick to animals?
I would love your opinion please 🙂
I love the flowers you have done Pam……particularly this one……I also like the medium used…..oh listen to me ;O) x
