This is the last day of my visit to the Isle of Wight as I have to travel back tomorrow. It has been great and so nice to have a relaxing break for a change.
Today I am going to share the start of a large project that is a commission I have been working on.
This is Misty….the first part of this commission.
This is my first full size horse portrait and presented its own challenges.
The sketch started pretty well…I thought 🙂
The muscle structure of a horse is very well defined and visible as you are drawing so I wanted to make sure that I caught that.
I did not follow my usual methodical style but there is still progress
